A7iii Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using a7iii's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below. This document applies to all users accessing the platform from Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the a7iii platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and all related policies incorporated by reference.
To use a7iii services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not an individual who has been prohibited or barred from using online gambling services under applicable law or court order.
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
A7iii reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to restrict access if eligibility requirements are not met. Any registration that fails to meet these requirements is considered invalid, and the account may be terminated without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those updated terms. Check this page periodically for any changes.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted only one active account on a7iii. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. a7iii reserves the right to verify all information provided and request supporting documents such as an identity card or bank statement at any time.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure your account information is kept up to date. Any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information are the user's responsibility alone.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends. a7iii will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the a7iii support team immediately at [email protected] to have your account temporarily locked.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the a7iii platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate the betting or casino system.
- Colluding with other users to defraud the system or manipulate game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities.
- Providing false or misleading information during the identity verification process.
- Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's systems, servers, or databases.
Any violation of the prohibitions above will result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies
All transactions on the a7iii platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds before making any deposit.
Deposit Policy: Deposits that have been successfully credited to a user's account balance cannot be reversed once used for any bet or game. Minimum deposit amounts vary by selected payment method. a7iii reserves the right to adjust minimum or maximum deposit limits with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals are only permitted to a verified account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. a7iii reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Processing times depend on the selected method and may take up to 3 business days for transactions that require security checks.
Taxes & Charges: Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations applicable to winnings received under Malaysian law. a7iii does not withhold or manage taxes on behalf of users.
Betting and casino games carry financial risk. You are responsible for managing your own budget. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
A7iii reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any term set out in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
- Requests from the relevant authorities.
- Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, the associated account balance may be held pending investigation. Where closure is for any other reason, the remaining balance will be returned upon successful identity verification.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, a7iii shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting or game outcomes.
- Service disruptions caused by platform maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by user negligence.
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
A7iii's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the a7iii platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the property of a7iii or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any of this content without written permission from a7iii. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
The a7iii platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. a7iii is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately before using their services.
A7iii reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email address. These terms are governed by applicable Malaysian law, and any disputes shall be referred to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
